Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.
All pricing is subject to change based on vehicle condition and service scope. Final pricing may be adjusted after inspection. Payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must disclose any existing damage, prior repairs, or sensitive areas before service. Ston Auto Studio is not responsible for pre-existing issues or hidden defects that may become visible during or after service.
While we take every precaution to ensure safe handling of your vehicle, Ston Auto Studio is not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages resulting from normal service procedures or external factors beyond our control.
Certain services may include limited warranties depending on materials and application. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance after service.
We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may result in additional fees or deposit requirements for future bookings.
